Our facilities
Due to student numbers having risen to our new maximum capacity of 900, we are delighted that our new extended and enhanced learning accommodation is now complete and open for use. This includes:
- New English block with six new classrooms and a new library
- Drama studio extension
- Food pod (additional food servery)
- Two new Computer suites
- A brand new Food Technology room
- Refurbished DT workshop
- Six sets of fully refurbished student toilets
In addition, as part of our expansion project, a new hard surface play area was constructed over the Summer of 2023.

17/10/2025Today, we were delighted to welcome the Guildford Shakespeare Company who performed both Macbeth and Romeo and Juliet for our Year 11 students. Engaging and useful for GCSE Literature preparation, the students were enraptured!
Shakespeare's plays are meant to be seen, and seeing them brought to life is always a pleasure. Guildford Shakespeare Company commented that our Year 11's made a brilliant audience - well done all!

With an entirely new food technology suite at their disposal, our students have been cooking up a storm in Mrs Everson's class. With the addition of a ceiling mounted camera, a live cookery lesson allows the students to follow each step with ease...

13/10/2025Last week, our lucky Year 10 Physics students enjoyed an unforgettable visit from @mclaren. Huge thanks to the team for sharing all about their Technician Apprenticeships and the other routes available to them for getting into Formula 1.
From trying on the iconic racing suit to exploring real racing car parts, it was hard to tell whether Mr Cook, Mrs Ralph or the students enjoyed it the most! 🧡

10/10/2025This week some of our Year 9s took part in BEFEST, learning more about the built environment. Speaking with professionals in the technology, instruction and design industries, our students gained valuable insights into the various pathways into these professions.
