30/06/2026Last week, our students completed the final task for the Green Tree School Award, and to celebrate, they headed outside for a French Tree Party 🌳🧺
They enjoyed a taste of French cheese, while exploring vocabulary connected to trees and nature. Students got creative by designing beautiful calligrams in the shape of trees, combining language lesson with artistic expression.
A big thank you to all staff and students for their enthusiasm, hard work and continued support throughout the Green Tree School Award so far. More updates to follow soon!

Our Systems
During your child's time at Woolmer Hill School, there will be various online systems that you will become familiar with.
ARBOR
We use Arbor to manage our school information and this has a convenient Parent Portal that parents can use to view and amend their child's details. Arbor allows you to update your contact details, view your child's timetable, their school reports and the details of any behaviour incidents as well as pay for trips, clubs and other items. GOOGLE CLASSROOM
Students will be required to access Google Classroom for their home learning as well as occasional trips, clubs, house competitions and events. Please follow the link below for our user guide.

SCHOOL CLOUD
We run a booking system for our Parents' Evenings through School Cloud. For face to face appointments this allows you simply to book your sessions but for virtual events it also facilitates the online link up as well. Please follow the link below for guidance on how to use this application.
