Parent Governor

I am a mum of two children and both attend Woolmer Hill School.

My day job is in communications, so I am passionate about effective communication and in keeping people informed and advised. I have worked in a number of sectors including Telecoms, Utilities, Land Development, Renewable energy and ran my own PR business for over 10 years. I have also supported housing and leisure centre development projects within the public sector and worked in fundraising roles with local charities.

Our environment: managing water, waste, climate change and energy,

Our society: people, policy, development and green space.

Like many parents, I spend my time supporting my children (taxiing them around!) but when there is spare time, you will find me in the garden or enjoying the Surrey hills.

I warmly welcome the opportunity to be part of this Governing team - delivering on the governing role of monitoring, reviewing policies and supporting the strategic direction of the school.
