Year 7 September 2027
The Admissions Policy for 1st September 2027 to 31 August 2028 was determined by the WMAT Trustees on 2nd February 2026 and can be found at the bottom of this page. Admission Policies are reviewed annually.
Applications for secondary school for September 2027 should be made made between 1st September 2026 and 31st October 2026. Places at Surrey secondary schools will be offered on the basis of the preferences that are shown on the application form. Parents will be asked to rank up to six preferences and these will be considered under an equal preference system.
The school will offer 180 places for September 2027. However, children with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) that names the school will be allocated a place before other applicants are considered. In this way, the number of places available will be reduced by the number of children with a statement that has named the school.
If you apply on time by 31st October 2026, you will receive communication from your Home Local Authority on 1st March 2027 with the outcome of your application.
If you are a Surrey resident, once you have been offered a school place, you must accept or decline this offer by 15th March. If you do not accept or decline the place, the offer may be withdrawn. If you are a resident under other Local Authorities (not Surrey), they may not require you to accept the place and we ask that you follow the instructions given to you by them.
If you miss the above window (1st September until 31st October) for registering an application to join us, please contact your Home Local Authority to register a late request.
