18/09/2023Our annual Open Evening, aimed at students in Years 5 and 6 and their parents, will be held from 4-7pm on Thursday 28th September 2023.
This will be a chance for families to visit our school, meet with staff and students, tour our facilities and get an overall feel for our culture, ethos and values.
We will be holding Headteacher Talks at 5pm and 5.45pm. If you wish to attend one of the Headteacher’s talks you will need to book your seats in advance of the event. To give all prospective families a chance to hear a talk seats are limited to 3 per household and you can book your places via Eventbrite.

If you do not wish to attend a Headteacher talk, you do not need to book for this event and are welcome to join us at any time. Please be aware that the event finishes at 7pm so please arrive at least an hour before this to allow enough time to view the school before the evening ends.
Parking on site is very limited due to building work so we strongly advise lift sharing or parking and striding if possible.
We look forward to welcoming you to our school.

Are you at all green-fingered, enjoy gardening or even work in horticulture and would be willing to run one of our weekly after school sessions for the WHS Gardening Club?
Encouraging young people to understand how to make the most of the garden, planning, sowing, growing and harvesting produce and plants, this is an incredibly popular co-curricular club that runs after school from 3.10-4.10pm and we are desperately seeking adult volunteers to help keep the club going.
If you can help, we would love to hear from you!
