7/10/2025Open Evening 2025 went with a bang!
We were thrilled to welcome so many visitors and showcase everything that makes our school special. A huge thank you to so many of our incredible students who volunteered their time and energy - they truly embodied our school motto, 'Proud to Belong'. We certainly couldn't be prouder!
6/10/2025We would love to know what our former students have been doing since leaving Woolmer Hill...
We also want to be able to show current students the variety of pathways available to them after leaving school, and alumni insight is invaluable!
Working with social mobility charity @futurefirstorg, we have launched an alumni network that needs your help!
Get involved and sign up today by visiting:

2/10/2025Today, we celebrate National Poetry Day.
We are diving into a story where poetry is the story? Whether you're a football fanatic or a word wizard, Booked will have you hooked from page one.
Written in dynamic verse, Booked follows 12-year-old Nick as he navigates school, soccer, and family drama—all told through Kwame Alexander’s signature poetic style. It’s fast-paced, funny, and deeply moving.
Available now in the library—come grab your copy and celebrate the power of poetry!
1/10/2025📣 Open Evening tomorrow night...
This is a chance for prospective students to visit with their families, tour the school, meet staff and current students and get a taste of life at Woolmer Hill.
There is no need to book for a tour, simply turn up and see why we are the top school for progress in Surrey.
Please be aware that the event finishes at 19:00, and in order to fully explore all that we offer, we recommend you allow at least an hour to tour the school.
30/09/2025Are you considering a move into teaching?
Fast-paced, stimulating, and incredibly rewarding; every day is different.
If you would like to find out more about training to teach in primary and secondary education, come along to the Get into Teaching Information event on Saturday 18th October at Weydon School.
